Fishermen and pirogue on a beach in Java, Indonesia TRAVEL TIPS: a wild trip needs some improvisation, both if there is a hitch and, most importantly, to follow the inspiration, the atmospheres of the places, the locals' suggestions... This doesn't mean that some organization, in particular gathering info in advance, is very useful. It's important to never trust the common thoughts: there are hundreds of unknown places that deserve to be explored, countries that sometimes are viewed with prejudice but that offer instead unique landscapes or very interesting cultures. Getting real info and travelling free allows discovering more in depth this spectacular planet... and yourself too.
