Cross Asia by land

Eastern Europe, Siberia, Mongolia and then China and Southeast Asia: from Italy to Indonesia without flying, a trip to Scream
Travel itineraries, hiking, kayaking and sailing in Italy and in the world

We receive this travel diary, photos and video from Claudio Piani, the author of this wonderful adventure, and we will gladly publish;)

Travel from Italy to Indonesia without flying means Cross Eastern Europe, Belarus, Russia and Siberia. Then, get off in Mongolia and then in China - While we were there too Macao and Hong Kong, why not? And then Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. At that point, just cross the Strait of Malacca and - voila - here is Indonesia. Easy? No, at all, but not even so crazy as it might seem. Is it crazy to know different cultures, new people every day, unique landscapes, trying numerous extraordinary experiences? I would say no, and from the reports and from the video of Claudio below it seems to me that it was a great idea.

The map of Claudio's trip through Asia by land, along the Transiberiana and then by bus or any other means - except for the plane - to Indonesia (and then, with a plane, Australia) is in his video :
